It’s always so interesting to see how although your opinions match in the general scheme of thing the details are always different. I love my friends. Hey Anna.

Top 10 Myths About Evolution
ageofreason: 1 If Humans Came From Apes, Why Aren’t Apes Evolving Into Humans? Humans, apes, and monkeys are only distant evolutionary “cousins.” We come not from apes but from a common ancestor that was neither ape nor human that lived millions of years in the past. In fact, during the last seven million years many human-like species have evolved; some examples include Homo habilis, Homo...

The Genetic Evidence for Evolution
So I accidentally deleted the first copy of this so I’m having to write it out again. This has been an absolute mission, I hope you appreciate it. Chromosome 2. The 2nd chromosome is a prime example of how humans have evolved from apes (not to be confused with any specific modern day examples). Human beings have a set of 23 chromosomes while all other members of hominidae have 24. This is...

You wouldn't kill a baby
So why would you kill a foetus? In terms of brain development (in comparison to similar species) new born babies are still in the foetal stages of development. So therefore killing a baby and aborting a foetus really is comparable.

You know...
I know why some people unfollow me, because I post stuff about my life rather than just pure science. The two however are so very entwined that you cannot separate them. So go ahead and unfollow, but you’ll be missing out.

An argument for evolution
The genetic evidence that supports evolution is overwhelming and I’m somewhat shocked that the fossil record and vestigial features (although both being good) and dragged out long before genetics. I can only blame this on these two examples being more easy to understand. I’m probably going to include several pieces of genetically based evidence in this part but first I want to run...

More Evidence for Evolution
This one is another part of unintelligent design and while not mentioned in The Greatest Show on Earth (read it and thank you Anna) is still fairly well known. The Design of the Windpipe.  This is just another thing that I find funny when people think that we’re based in God’s image (Is that even true though? It’s been awhile since I read genesis). I mean, do you think God does...

The Evidence for Evolution.
I finished reading Richard Dawkin’s The Greatest Show on Earth a few weeks back and decided I’d try to summarize a bit of it and add what I know and think is relevant, because quite frankly I’m astounded that some people just don’t “believe” in evolution. So here it goes. I think I might post these in seperate posts because otherwise it will just get tl;dr....

I bet none of you will answer this, but how do you view me? Like, what would you imagine I’m like physically?

anonymousatheist: Sorry guys. This post might be difficult to navigate because blockquote refuses to fucking work. Weird shit is going on. So her statements are in plain text, mine are in bold. Then is it reasonable to conclude that God had to have evolved in the same way we did?
Jan 22nd
an-ominous-atheist asked: Well sure, but nobody is born believing in God. Just like science, people have to be taught God. Unfortunately, God is an easier idea to latch on to. Also, I was just reading in "The Demon-Haunted World' (Carl Sagan) about the innate curiosity and wonder in children that isn't really present in adults. Children have a natural propensity to be scientific, even if it's less...

an-ominous-atheist asked: Well that's what it's saying though. Scientific literacy has in inverse relationship with the belief in God. The more scientific literacy a person has, the less likely they are to believe in God, but I mean, it isn't always the case. The little bumps suggest the discovery of something incredible, and the troughs represent the discovery of how that thing works.
